Yes! We offer same-day delivery for orders placed before 2:00 PM. For orders placed after 2:00 PM, we'll deliver the next day. During peak seasons like Valentine's Day and Mother's Day, we recommend ordering at least 2-3 days in advance to guarantee availability.

We deliver to all areas within Nairobi including Westlands, Kilimani, Karen, Lavington, Kileleshwa, Langata, Runda, Gigiri, Muthaiga, Upper Hill, CBD, and surrounding neighborhoods. We also deliver to other major towns in Kenya including Mombasa, Kisumu, Nakuru, and Eldoret. Delivery times may vary for locations outside Nairobi.

Absolutely! During checkout, you can select your preferred delivery date and time slot. We offer morning (8am - 12pm), afternoon (12pm - 5pm), and evening (5pm - 8pm) delivery windows. For special occasions or specific time requests, please add a note during checkout or contact us directly on WhatsApp.

We source our flowers fresh every day from local farms and trusted suppliers. Our florists arrange each bouquet on the day of delivery to ensure maximum freshness. With proper care, our arrangements typically last 5-7 days for mixed bouquets and up to 10 days for roses. Each delivery includes care instructions to help your flowers last longer.

Yes! You can add a personalized message card to any order at no extra cost. During checkout, simply enter your message in the "Message on Card" field. Your message will be printed on a beautiful card and included with your arrangement. You can also request a handwritten note by contacting us directly.

We accept multiple payment methods for your convenience:

We stand behind the quality of our flowers. If your arrangement doesn't last as expected due to any issue on our end, please contact us within 24 hours with photos of the flowers. We'll investigate and offer a replacement or refund as appropriate. To ensure longevity, please follow the care instructions included with your delivery and keep flowers away from direct sunlight and heat sources.

Orders can be modified or cancelled up to 4 hours before the scheduled delivery time. Please contact us immediately on WhatsApp or call us at 0716 068 082 with your order number. Once an arrangement is being prepared or is out for delivery, modifications may not be possible. Cancellations are subject to a small processing fee if the order has already been prepared.

Yes! We love creating custom arrangements for special occasions. Contact us on WhatsApp with your requirements including preferred flowers, colors, budget, and occasion. Our florists will work with you to create a unique arrangement that perfectly matches your vision. Custom orders typically require 2-3 days notice.

Our standard delivery fee within Nairobi is KES 300. For orders over KES 5,000, delivery is free within Nairobi. Delivery to other towns in Kenya may incur additional charges depending on the location. Express or same-day delivery may have a small surcharge. All delivery fees are clearly shown at checkout before you complete your order.
